Can ichigo still use his hollow powers

Can he use his hollow power and why didnt the other hollow captains use there hollow power against the quincy invader

We since Final Getsuga Tenshou was made by both the Hollow powers and Soul Reaper powers and Ichigo lost both powers. but sine he got his found Soul Reaper powers back i think he will get his Hollow Powers back, but he can't use them currently.

No his hollow power are gone. when he gt his powers back it can straight from other soul reapers. unlike the first time when keskia killed him

I think he can, when you look at him now, he still has some tattoos or marks that was from his hollow form.

Ichigo went back to the state of Pre-Dangai but lost his powers. His powers were not lost permanently and pretty much re-ignited with the help of the other High Level Shinigami. He will get his hollow powers back because he still has to have his final bout with his Hollow form to see who is the King and who is the horse. The battle with the merged form of Young Zangetsu and Hollow Ichigo wasnt that battle. that was a test/battle to see if he was worthy of learning The FGT. He can use the black Getsuga Tensho still as well as the blue one so there is hint enough that he still has his hollow powers which could be merged.

He used a black Getsuga Tensho against Juha. Either he Merged completely with his hollow being (which we still yet to have their final bout or Ichigo getting taken over again) or his hollow still exists granting him the use of his abilities. Remember his hollow only comes out in life or death situations.

Go back and watch where he fought ginjo he was using his hollows getsuga tenshou.

I'm not sure, maybe it was because he learned the Final Getsuga, then lost his powers I'd at least think Ogichi would cease to exist, and since his blade is broken I think Zangetsu is dead for now. I don't know i'm a bit sketchy on the subject.

He should still have them, but we're yet to see them in use.
