Can I use jutsus/ elements that I've learned but not been able to put on bio?
Ex. I'm new please teach me to use lightning I just got my bio approved
~teaches lightning element ~ can I now use this element along with the jutsu's ?

Yes, you can use any jutsu immediately, that you have learned. It doesnt need to be on your bio. However, after a month or so, update your bio so others know how far you are in training. ^_^
