can i upload naruto clips in you tube?

hello there i was just wondering that its legal or not to upload few clips of naruto episodes in youtube.I have snipped few clips as my wonderful naruto moments and wanna share it with others but i don't know that i can or not because i find someone in this forum pay a heavy price uploading naruto episodes.so guys help me out.
