and he had his MS activated. but i manage to beat him. to the point were he cant move. can i take his eyes like the do in Naruto if im a uchiha?*

No, alas you can't.
You have to be a sensei to have MS
and you have to be Madara, or Sasuke I guess to have EMS.
But you could steal their bio and get Sharingan.
