[Technical Issue] Can I not use Images as Signature?

Before I was able to use images and gifs as a signature but now I'm not. Is this normal?

dude idek, i had a tastefully sized jpg of itachi and shisui as my sig for literally ****ing ever and they took it down.

like what? i wasnt even active for like two months and they still hoe'd me

Perhaps the URL is to long, convert the URL on tinyurl to a smaller one , or is it tinypic one of those sites

I have the same settings but i see my chosen image as signature. Maybe because it is small?
