Can i change my region?

I have naruto storm 3 but it doesnt work in my xbox's region my xbox is PAL and Free and naruto storm 3 is UTSC-U what should i do can some one change rhe xbox's region or what because naruto storm 3 is out for long time and i still didnt play it help

I don't know about xbox, but on ps3 i can change it :|

Only PS3 is region free so I think you'll have to get US 360.

You can't. Regions exist for a reason. It's about hardware, not changing your menu options.
And No it isn't about just locking games out of certain areas.. Theres waay more to it than that.
