Can I buy the Naruto Anime on DVD without paying for fillers? Part 1 and Shippuden.

I eventually plan on buying every single canon episode and season once the anime and manga end so I wanted to know if the distributors are actually reasonable people who separate the fillers from canon because I absolutely will not pay for that trash.

Part 1 was done perfectly because the fillers started after the canon was done and over with, why couldn't they just keep it that way for shippuden too?

This. Unfortunately i think they are arranged in such a way that a set will have say 5 episodes of cannon than the rest filler, the next set will have mainly filler but some canon towards the end. I might be wrong, you'd have to search the filler episodes numbers and see if they are solely filler on the sets.

There were fillers before the end of Part 1. (Land of Tea arc/Gotta See, Gotta Know etc...)

And no, the distributors can't just pick and choose what they put onto the DVD because as far as the anime is concerned, the fillers are relevant.

Like said before, there were fillers in part 1 in just about every arc. Only they were small episodes or an entire arc like the land of tea one.

Just do what I do, buy them on Itunes as cannon only. I'm sure after the series eventually ends they'll do a Kai like version of all cannon.
