Can Hyugga Gentle Fist 1 Shot With Enough Chakra

But Kaguya hit 1 tenketsu point and sasuke couldnt manifest his susanoo any further.

they can one shot if they injected enough Chakra into their opponent Chakra network. Neji here has only injected a small amount of Chakra into Hinata's network to damage her but to also keep her alive since he had no intent to kill her.
