I really don't see how these jutsu are impossible for him to learn. They're not Kekkei Genkai; rather, they're secret techniques, so technically they can be taught to anyone. Not to mention that the Sarutobi Clan is responsible for uniting the Akimichi, Nara, and Yamanaka clan each generation and presenting them with sacred earrings when they swear their oaths. So, I certainly think it's plausible for him to be able to use the techniques via shadow clones.
