can human path work on a bijuu?

maybe the reason they get regenerated has something to do with the juubi being the progenitor of chakra
like in a way the bijuus is the world's chakra and the world's chakra is just regenerating it back
but no telling what would happen if the human path was used on them

If i remeber correctly chakra is a soul. still that tech requires you not to move and to
tug on your opponents chakra. i dont see any ordinary rinnegan wining.
