like king hashirama said, that barrier is meant to redirect whatever obito didnt destroy the barrier by punching it but he grabbed it to the inside ,it is completly different kond of force and the barrier isnt meant to redirect that
the walls of the barrier are no different than a shield or a chakra construct in their mechanics of redirect an attack. When an attack hits any of those things and explodes, part of the explosion hits the object, the rest of the explosion that's directed in other directions don't. So there isn't an argument about the mechanics of redirecting a blast or not, the walls had to be durable enough to withstand the force of the juubidama at the range it exploded just as much as any other target.
IT's necessary that the force of juubito's chakra arms are greater than the force in which the juubidama's explosion exerted on the individual walls of the hokage's barrier. Unless you want to argue that juubito's pulling force is far inferior to his pulling force, he'd be able to do the same thing by punching it, so would kaguya and naruto, and we've pretty much seen this is true when

So nope, indras arrow is incomparably greater than the pulling force of four of mindless juubito's chakra arms. It goes right through the barrier as if the barrier was never there.
