No because ino shika cho is performed using kekkei genkai so since he can't perform it even with clones

Chōza stated that all three of these clans had mastered secret techniques. None of the Yamanaka's techniques are currently known to be secret, and in fact it had been previously stated that the Yamanaka clan's techniques weren't secret techniques

Well the manga ain't over yet and Kishi would never troll a Hokage that hard. He is simply saving the best for last.

I don't see why not.

Hiruzen was said to be the most beloved hokage, So it's not impossible for Clans to share their secrets with their beloved leader, i'm sure they would know he could be trusted with their secrets.

While it might be unlikely but it's not impossible.

I believed they loved him enough to teach him the techniques. Besides, wouldn't it help the village more if their leader knows more techniques!

You mean that Hiruzen could peform all jutsus from the village or the ino shika cho being performed alone?
