Lately, I noticed people moved Hiruzen above Minato in the top 10 list and stated he was even stronger than Tobirama. Well, it seems like Hiruzen became OP because of one page. Suigetsu soloed him Spiral Zetsu by just one water gun on him, AND by that I mean that tech is just the same as the thousand years of death, imo.

So my question was, can Hiruzen really beat Minato in one vs one match and no edo? Minato still has yin chakra and all this stuff, while Hiruzen on his prime of course.

Lawd Minato solos this fodder. Prime hiruzen is just hype from 600+ chapters ago.

The lowest of difficulties for Hiruzen. Isn't this a bit unfair for Minato? He's going up against the god of Shinobi.

It goes either way, Minato would need to mark Hiruzen or get up close and personal in order to be able to win, in all honesty.

Or he could just throw a Kunai at him.

Too bad Kishi changed his mind. The hype was created 15 years ago.

Why do you say that? The manga isn't over, besides, hype and portrayal don't have to translate into feats.
Character A doesn't showed the feats to beat character B, does that mean character B is stronger (in the manga, not a vs thread)?

OT: No. Minato will just FTG to everywhere and Hiruzen won't be able to keep up and FTG barrier takes care of any elemental barrage.

Hiruzen does have a chance. If minato comes in to tag hiruzen, hiruzen can also tag him with a explosive tag. Minato will lose a limb and probally bleed out.

Honestly, hiruzen has all knowledge of FTG, so Im sure in a real cannon fight he could defeat minato pretty comfortably. In fanfiction most fans would say minato wins.
