We've seen a susano'o get flung through it, large suiton br used in it. We've seen pakun's explosive fist, SA's variety of jutsus and allll sorts of shit take place within hidden must. Guess how many of those blew it away? or even dispersed it slightly, even if only in their vicinity? That's right, 0. Hidden mist is like kisame's water dome. It's contained within the area by the user; hence why it falls if their concentration is broken (severe injury), or they're killed.
Ontop of that... Hidden mist's rande is severely underrated. The range dwarfs v2 susano'o by a large margin. Unless you're using a ps or juubi sized katons, you don't even have enough range on your jutsu to fanfic blow it away.
