Sasuke has never once called his genjutsu, Tsukuyomi. Both Danzo and Tobi compared it to Itachi's Tsukuyomi which was understandable since they're brothers and both had used Amaterasu and Susanoo - but neither of them actually called it Tsukuyomi. Only twice had Sasuke "named" it where he called it "Sharingan" and "Genjutsu - Sharingan" respectively (just like Madara). When he called it "Genjutsu - Sharingan", the difference is also made explicit by showing it side-by-side with Itachi's Tsukuyomi.

If Sasuke can do Tsukuyomi why didn't he do it here?

Sasuke can't use Tsukuyomi. Those images are show that he uses a regular Genjutsu. Sasuke doesn't have the ability to control space and time like Itachi does LMAO.

Nah he can't use it. That needing Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi thing was been thrown out the window. Now I think you just need to unlock both eye abilities to gain Susano'o in Sasuke's case that's Amaterasu and Blaze Release.

Kakashi used Susano'o and he clearly doesn't have Amaterasu or Tsukiyomi...

It's most likely unique to Itachi, like Koto is to Shisui, or Kamui to Obito.

Probably can't. Genjutsu wasn't really Sasukes fighting style anyway though so could probably only be useful in a full desperate situation.
