Can Hashirama use zetsu's mayfly technique?

yes he can and better than both zetsu and tenzou

Just because they have the same KKG doesn't mean they use the same abilities.
Naruto has Fuuton, Danzo has Fuuton, Temari has Fuuton - but do they have the same jutsu? No.
