Can Hashirama use the Mayfly technique?

As we know already, Zetsu is a clone of Hashirama created using his DNA.

He got Mokuton from him so did the Mayfly technique come from Hashirama or is it unique to Zetsu?

Mokuton Bunshins can do this, too. Edo Madara also merged with the Mokuton tendrils in order to pierce Tsuande with Susanoos sword in there.

If White Zetsu is made from Hashirama, then I see no reason why he can't

Yamato, Zetsu and Madara are able to do it. So I think it's Hashirama's technique.

Theres a possiblity that hashirama can but i highly doubt it
