Can hashirama still beat new madara?

New madara has hashirama power but he still says that only hashirama can stop him. But can hashi still stop edo madara? (madara has no nine tails now as his pet)

cuz when he was alive a little less powerful thats the only person who could win, but now when hes edo and has wood style + rennigan the only person with a shred of a chance is hashi

Agreed, he didn't become the first hokage for nothing. Besides we really don't know the full extent of hashirama's power or madara's for that matter.

It all depends on the situation and environment. Harashima knows his powers strongest point as well as weakness so i am sure that would be at his advantage. Seeing how kishi showed the fight with him vsing Madara in the generation game and he had a scroll with seals i think he can still top Madara. Which remind me Harashima also mastered the uzamaki clan seals.^^

Madara said Hashirama is the only one that can stand up to him, Hashirama has Hashirama's power and knows all of his jutsus from their constant fighting and can now use all of them as well. Plus Hashirama took control over Kurama and had it sealed in Mito to better aid him. So Madara has his power+Hashirama's power+Rinnegan, this means Gedo Mazo (sp?) will take Kurama's place.
