Can Hashirama defeat Perfect susanoo without using shinsuu senju

Well he is fighting PS without it. He did say in their fight that "susano is no problem". He needed shinsusenju for that susano-kyubi combo

I think that is a silly questuon. The more important question is why hasnt sage mode hashirama defeated madara yet. He is more concerned with stopping the jyubi he would use his full power to beat madara so he can assist asap. Whats Hashieama playing at or are people underestimatung madara. This is indicating limits to hashiramas skill.

He is currently stalemating it with Mokujin, though I doubt he can break it open without the Buddha.

If Susano'o was built on Inton, then why have Sasuke/Itachi never been listed as Yin Release users？
