if you mean final susano then, 6th gate and 5th gate will do, if you mean PS then no, only 8th gates will even scathe a PS. Madara's PS tanks anything below 8th gate, Sasuke's PS was able to take a few blows before collapsing from kaguya's eighty god's technique which is said to be the strongest taijutsu tech when combined with her byakugans for deadly accuracy, putting above night gai by a good margin and sasuke's PS took a few before collapsing utterly while Madara pre shunji couldn't take one night gai as he got utterly destroyed by it, and madara pre shinju could tank anything less than 8th gates, so you can pretty much imagine what Gai or lee would barely do to a PS.

Tsunade's punches do a lot more damage than Gai or Lee's punches but they can land more punches in a shorter period of time than Tsunade so eventually they'd crack susanoo as well.

Eight Gates definitly breaks trought. Sixth Gates (Lee's max) definitly dont. There is a trend here saying that Hirudora managed to break Madara's v3 (it was out of panel) but that's debatable.
