I think going super saiyan would destroy the planet so if he went somewhere he could actually transform or make it up to SSJ3 he would be pretty mega.

No he doesn't have that ability anymore but if the Kai's didn't steal it from himthen he have been the strongest and that would have solved alot of problems

If he trains then of course he'll get stronger but you have to realise that Gohan isn't the same as before. He's turned into a nerd that dosen't train at all now.
