SS4 = 4000x multiplier because it's 10x ss3 which is 400x.
that makes him 4000 times stronger than SS3 Goku, and I don't believe Bills was that much stronger than SS3 Goku.
Anyways, Limits surpassed SS4 Goku is even more than that, and then you add the fusion. No way is bills having a chance vs SS4 Gogeta.

i was one of those guys who said ssj4 gogeta can beat him but dbs episode 3 beerus said he can destroy a universe. so that makes him a universe buster.

Bills is not infinite...

The Goku from BOTG was weaker than base Gt Goku, so him not being able to sustain it isn't really a feat that makes SSG>SSJ4...not to mention SSJ4 Gogeta.
