Actually, the rinnegan grants the user gravitational manipulation. Now, general relativity dictates that time is slowed down by gravitational fields. The higher intensity the gravitational field is, the more dilated the time is. Time stops at the event horizon of a black hole. Therefore, depending on to what degree Sasuke can manipulate gravity, he should in theory potentially be able to slow down time and stop it if he can make a black hole.

Too bad the manga likely would not delve into actual physics.

He did dodge it or else the chidori would have pierced through him and plus sasuke needed a distraction just to get that close also who says Sasuke even has the ability to swap while using or making a jutsu and Ameno takes a lot of chakra which he didn't have at the time

If you read my thread, you will understand in order for naruto to dodge it he has to have instant body movement. It means naruto will need to go around the earth 3 times in one second

It's ameno, its an ability that allow sasuke to swap anything with anything including air and dust aka teleportation. And also he can adjust the angle and position of the swapped item as we seen. For example, upside down sword, swap behind sakura but facing different direction, swapped next to kaguya facing different direction as well

Kishimoto should have never given him such op ability, because its really unblockable and undodgable and unbeatable
