Can Genjutsu be used differently?????

i remember when itachi put kakashi in that genjutstu that felt like 1000 years of torturing. Do u think it is possible if you can use genjutsu on someone to extend time to teach or learn something very important and valuable.

Kinda like in Bleach when Ichigo aged a couple years learning the final getsuga tencho from his dad in a short ass time.

If so, i wouldnt be surprised if sasuke gets even more OP after itachi bounces from the naruto universe.

What yall think?!!

1st itachi didnt put kakashi in his tsukuyomi 1000 years it was only 2 or 3 days.
2nd genjutsu doesnt work that way.... only tsukuyomi controls time.

It wouldn't work like the hyperbolic time chamber like DBZ or anything like that, the tsukuyomi could pass on a heap of information in a short period of time, but it wouldn't act as practical training.

Tsukuyomi is the only know one to this date, but it may be weaker genjutsus which can only control a small amount of time.:scorps:

Well if the genjutsu user is skilled enough he can control the genjutsu world as he please (Itachi for example).
So yea, being in a genjutsu can be used for other reasons other than just torturing you and inflicting damage. Although i doubt the part about training.

would the body be able to withstand the training that the mind has went through in that amount of time? if so then it could but if not then they would still be out of luck and totally strained from the mental training.
