but im not saying that gai cant break it with multi attmepts but one hit?

Actually, Madara has given up attacking the Jinchuriki because Jūbi stood before his completion.
He said this shortly after. In the Tankōbon there wasn't even a scratch on him. If you don't believe me, I would make a photo though.

Yes he can. If he is able to break that Omnyudon with one punch (he didn't even touch it directly, Madara hit it by getting hit from Gai [as we can see in the latest Chapter]) than he is also able to break Susanoo.

That Omnyudon shield comes from Juubi Chakra & Juubi > Susanoo. So yes. He would break Susanoo to pieces. : )

Omnyoudon is weak against Senjutsu.

Senjutsu does not weaken it, it just can't be deleted by omnyodon. If this were the case, Obito would have been weakened by attacks on himself, which clearly isn't the case considering he tanked his own TBBs.
