How can Gaara put up a fight against Minato?? I'm actually curious on this.

hiding in his eggshell. like he did sasuke. But honestly i was speaking relatively.

Current gaara, he loses mid difficulty against everyone in your list except kinshiki.

If he manages to get his sand inside them then he can pull what he did against Madara and kill them pretty easily.

Given his control over sand and defenses, he puts up a great fight for what he has.

In this time gap it is stated in novel that he can use golden sand too.If we talk about current Gaara he already knows about Obito's teleportation secret, He can easily counter it the way fourth did but with sand manipulation and about other techs like fire,chain techniques Gaara can easily avoid them by using sand the only problem is wood release and Izanagi but he got golden sand so he should be able to do something against it but I don't see him winning against Izanagi but who knows he might win.

Onoki dismantles him but could go either way because of Gaara sand speed....
