Depends on the speed of the FTG user i think. Minato possibly can because he already showed the capacity to drop a kunai under Madara, enter Sage Mode and teleport there before Kakashi's Kamui even started to take action(let alone complete a warp) despite Kakashi being the one who started Kamui first [

obitos warping is slower but it doesnt matter cause double kamui solos the nv.

Is that with or without senju DNA giving it a boost or a bijuu helping kakashi use it better

Besides kaguya has shown enough speed to dodge and smack down kamui

No ftg works on reverse summoning principles the users chakra kunai being the target etc. Madara is the second sage and his skills sre above all else as would his speed be. If kakashi hit his mezo ftg user gets snipered low dif.
