Can FTG Users avoid Kakashi's kamui without harm?

He was also able to rip a part of the Gedo's arm mid summon (another s/t technique) so his reaction speed + ability to execute the technique in such a short interval is impressive as well

My opinion is that ftg users can narrowly escape a warp in that situation but they would most likely lose limbs like the gedo

Seeing as how Kakashi's Kamui fooled Obito's godly reactions, surpassed the speed of instant(Summoning Jutsu), and even surpassed 8th Gai's speed, they have no chance of even knowing when Kamui is activated and no chance of avoiding it. That is why Kakashi can only be beaten by Juubi's Jinchuuriki. He is second class with only Kamui.​

Minato possibly can because he already showed the capacity to drop a kunai under Madara, enter Sage Mode and teleport there before Kakashi's Kamui even started to take action(let alone complete a warp) despite Kakashi being the one who started Kamui first [

I found that whole sequence odd. They needed double kamui to transport Obito and barely escape the black balls which Lee and Gai managed to outspeed.

Indeed. What's funny is that when Jubidara came inside the Kamui dimension and throwed his black stuff, half dead Obito had time to Kamui Sakura out of the dimension, yet he says before that they need a double Kamui lol

Good point ^ ^ Also Madara's Gudōdama reached Obito where he used Double Kamui before this "Kamui portal"(or what every) was disappeared....but Minato could use FTG with 5 Gudōdama balls ( in a case where they touched him in this 70+ meter radius) and take off his coat.... ( not the best example) but ppl can see a little Speed-Scale ^ ^( i hope haha)

. Minato and Tobirama are also sensory types so they could use that to sense the chakra build up in the eye then FTG the moment they sense the chakra being released. Minato already showed to have the reflexes to escape Kamui. Kakashi had the powerup of 4x-7x+ the power that Naruto's chakra gave him. Kakashi had the chakra cloak before Obito warped him to the other dimension and we seen Kakashi retain chakra that Kurama gave him without having the cloak so he still had chakra from that because his normal chakra would have been long gone by then.

Kakashi lost the cloak the moment he entered the dimension. Obito was using kamui to warp out the rod and it was close to touching Naruto's head when Kakashi warped it. Its pretty clear that Kakashi used kamui faster. I don't know where you are getting this 4-7x stronger number anyways, not like it matters

Also Kakashi was resting himself after the fight with Obito and basically stated he can warp 1/3 of the hachibi on his own chakra so there is no reason the gedo feat can't be done on his own
