Can FTG teleport anywhere??

I was wondering. If someone with ftg happens to end up in kamui, would he be able to get out with ftg?

I think a FTG user can teleport to any location in that has a marking in the same universe. But I don't think it can travel between universes.

As long as the chakra link to an object/person/place in another dimension stays intact, ftg should be able to teleport between dimensions. My guess is that, under normal circumstances keeping a chakra link through dimensions is impossible (might require more than one person to find the link, or need special kind of chakra to keep the link sustained)
