Can female Uchiha use the Sharingan?

realistically, women would be more freaky, i mean, when a woman is angry, her power (shown in many anime) is strong and menacing.

make a women angry, she can think of 1000000 ways to get revenge.

if she has the power of the sharingan, she would have so many ways for revenge, that eternity would not be long enough to write one way per second.

i don't think sasuke's mom was uchiha,considering itachi used izanami which requires both senju and uchiha blood.and itachi said that he is the senju as well in some way.
