Just No every MS has different ability. Obito's Sharingan has Kamui, Shisui has KA, Itachi has Amaterasu&Tsukuyomi then 2 of them and he can able to unlock Susano'o. So Susano'o, Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi is the rarest one. I think it is about Bloodline, and somehow Itachi&Sasuke might be related with Madara due to Susano'o.

I'm just going by what the data book says, which is Susanoo's parent jutsu's are amatasaru and tsukayomi. The only reason we haven't seen Madara use them is because Kishi's using him to showcase Hashi's abilities atm. If Madara did a little more fighting and a little less talking we should see them eventually.

My only re ason tn why rasuke a has ama is bcse itachi planted into him and that even amongst blood bros the ability differs and not only to clan members and also im sure that madara and izuna had different abilities.

With the Itachi part, it could be taken through the meaning of "these eyes".. It has two meanings, none of which are blatantly obvious. I will elaborate:

1) These Eyes - Showing his ownership of the eyes, meaning that his specific eyes awoken the three techniques (showing that it's not so much a gift than anything).

2) These Eyes - Meaning the Mangekyo as a whole. If this was the case, you would be correct.

I have no clue why someone as new as me is trying to disprove people or whatever but yes. That's my belief
