Theirs one more fact you're missing, madara said that his perfect susano reveled a bijuu not a jinjuriki and as we know a tailed beast and host working together are much stronger than just a tailed beast by its self so naruto might be stronger

and second Perfect Susanoo requires the Rinnegan + the EMS

Sasuke appears to be on par with Naruto due to his current Amaterasu variants. Add PS to it, and I believe he will be stronger. But then Naruto has yet to completely perfect his bond with Kurama as well.

Not only is perfect susanoo Madara's technique, whom is regarded as #1 Uchiha and the one with the strongest chakra, but I doubt Sasuke's could tank a bijuudama.

You didn't make sense there lol If Sasuke was at Itachi's level? Naruto is stronger than Itachi now lol. Genjutsus wll be broken by Kurama, Amaterasu would't hit Naruto from his speed (Sasuke who is better with Amaterasu couldn't even hit A and Naruto KM is faster than A), for Sasunoo Naruto can pull itachi out from Sasunoo with chakra arms from under the ground. Naruto speed and power among with making KM shadow clones wins this. Kurama wasn't Naruto's friend when he fought Edo Itachi and Naruto entered the war right after his training and making shadow clones so he wasn't at full power or using his speed. Kurama will be helping with strategies like he was against Obito.

Izanami would only effect Naruto which Kurama can breakand it would cost Itachi one of his eyes. Plus you seem to forget Itachi does has low stamina, blurry vision and a disease. Each MS jutsu usage cost Itachi pain from it's sid effect and disease combine which leaves him open for an attack. Which Naruto's speed and ability to stretch his chakra arm, he can hit Itachi.
