Can EMS Sasuke Control Tailed Beasts?

We all know that Madara can use his EMS to control a tailed beasts as strong as the Nine-Tails.

Since Sasuke has the EMS, as of right now does he possess this ability as well or not?

Mangekyou Sharingan in itself gives you control over KURAMA. Sasuke has already suppressed Kurama with regular Sharingan, he can definitely do it with EMS.

Unless there is a special technique that only Madara knew and tough it to Obito.
But Kurama sealed in Naruto and working with him,no.

i would think so since obito and madara could do it with just there ms, well we haven't seen madara do it with just ms but he most likely could have.
