The armor around the kyuubi is PS armor, already been stated. And susano is developmental depending on your chakra, hence why kakashi with only MS could use a PS. Sasuke after adapting further to the EMS made a PS armor and sword for the kyuubi. That's not final or complete susano armor.

"It still isn't PS" isn't an argument. Disprove his post, then make such claim. The armor covering kurama was PS armor, evidently. Both sasuke and hashirama noticed and showed that. If you can use PS armor, you can use PS.
