That would solve all the problems in Naruto, kind of.

I thought her justu required the user to be alive or use her soul or life force. Edo's don't have a life force.

Well, by that logic, Edo Tensei requires someone to give up their Soul and be sacrificed, so that means she has a soul as an edo right? So Useless Fodder gets sacrificed -> summon Chiyo -> she gives her soul (the sacrificed persons soul) up to summon someone back and dies -> Repeat

Well, doesn't ET work like this?:
1) Dead soulless body is sacrificed and the soul abandons that body.
2) Chiyo's soul is then attached to that body and dirt and dust gathers around that body to take her form.
If she transfers all her life force to someone else, she's basically detaching her soul from that body, leaving the initial corpse.

Actually when i think of it, she shouldn't be able to use this technique at all because its still a dead body, only possessed by a soul (meaning no life force).

If I remember correctly when those 2 Danzo subordinates were sacrificed so Obito could learn how it worked, they were alive. And suffered. Extensively.

Nevermind, i got the first point wrong.
It requires a living sacrifice and the soul of the dead person has to reside in the pure world.
Obito broke Torune's neck and kept Fuu alive in order for Kabuto to show how the jutsu works, the vessel (in this case Fuu or the fodder used to 'ressurect' Chiyo) died in the process. Its all in chapter 520.
