Let's say somehow Kaguya is completely trapped inside;

And she doesn't have time to escape. Will it kill her?

No. Even if she for some strange reason couldn't escape/absorb, disintegrating her body is not enough.

She's immortal. Even if her body is destroyed, her soul is forever bound to the living realm, always enabling the opportunity for her revival. That's why Hagoromo/Hamura and later on Naruto/Sasuke, opted for sealing.

Yes it can! That's why onoki is the strongest naruto in the manga! If he traps anyone in the jutsu they cannot escape! Not even Orochiimaru and hes an escape artist!

Ohnoki could easily beat all the kages that ever lived by himself. No lies

No, only her horn, she was deformed after getting hit by Naruto biggest attack, there was nothin left of her but chakra of tailed beast mode - a.k.a rabbit mode :lol
