He inhances his cells with the chakra to make them multiply faster which cause faster healing as well. Tsuande's is the same this but on a much larger scale, Like Kabuto is chidori, and Tsuande is karin. Tsuande's uses more chakra which is why she collects it in her forhead.

He has Karin's dna and all those so he doesn't really need it that much, he can heal instantly with his own but im sure its stronger now he has sage mode

yes, so he has a total of 3-4 3 without sage mode but doesn't it also cause you to heal faster too? I cant recall

I think with Hashi cells, it will help double a healing rate, but for instant healing he need hashi SM or any SM can perform instant healing, dunno

I know sage mode makes your body like 50x stonger so you wont be able to be hurt that bad
