Can dojutsu see FTG seal

Many members are saying that Sharingan or Rinnegan can see FTG seal. I think it can´t based on Obito vs Minato fight and Madara vs Tobirma fight where none of them could see FTG seals .Even if seal does contain chakra I dont think its visible. After all there is couple jutsus that even Sharingan/Rinnegan cant see.

Madara didnt see seal on Tobirama kunai nor did Obito realise he was marked with seal.

Its confirmed Sharingan cant see Konan paper jutsu despite it having chakra.Its confirmed Sharingan couldn´t see through Bee transformation with Hachibi tentacle

FTG seal was on Obito's back hence why he wasn't able to see it. And Madara had no problem countering Tobirama when he used the seal on the kunai

The last two things you mentioned were plot restriction at its finest.

Anyone can see it... it's just a relatively small black inky looking mark. Anyone can see it.
