Can DMS Obito/Kakashi perform these feats?

1- If Obito was in Naruto&Sasuke's position when Madara used Chibaku Tensei,can Obito Kamui Snipe all the rocks before they hit the ground?

2- Can Kakashi do it? Using Kamui Shuriken or Kamui Raikiri to start blitzing the Rocks?

No, the only way he could've stopped them is by slashing them with Perfect Susano'o, he cant warp more than 1, i doubt he can even warp 1 even if it kills him.

The second said with Kamui Shuriken and that, if and it's a big IF he managed to hit all of the rocks he'd like die of exhaustion. That PS, two Kamui Shuriken, and Kamui Raikiri left him drained af, doing it on a larger scaled would be a much bigger toll.
