More than likely Shikamaru's Shadow Possession Jutsu would do the trick if it was more sturdy (could withstand more chakra submergence) The person within Susano'o casts a shadow, so I wouldn't understand why the shadow couldn't simply bypass the chakra in which Susano'o is composed of, and take control of the person within the chakra armor.

well, I don't think shadow strangle needs any shadow cause it acts like for example a hand that reaches to throat of enemy and suffocates it
