I agree with what was said earlier, he doesn't have the chakra to do it, and he already has Susanoo. Who knows maybe his EMS will allow him to keep up with NAruto's speed like when we saw his Sharingan evolve with the 3rd tomoe and he could predict Naruto's movements when he was in 2 tails beast mode and couldn't before.

I don't know where everyone is getting the idea that MS jutsus take away so much chakra. Itachi spammed them as he was dying of disease and after he had already fought part of a battle with a fully healthy Sasuke.
So Itachi + fatal disease +half a battle can spam Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and Susanoo, then I'm sure Sasuke can as Itachi was said to have average chakra levels.
Anyway my point is MS jutsus don't take all that much chakra. It is a myth, the only real downside is the deterioration of vision. And we saw where that got Sasuke. He went blind in weeks whereas Itachi had the MS for like a decade without going blind. (manga facts)
Raiton armor takes a huge amount of chakra. Only people like the raikages, Jiraiya, Kisame, Nagato, Naruto or jinchurikki could hope to do it.

I've never seen the Raikage doing hand seals to perform that ninjutsu so I don't see Sasuke copying it even if he wanted to...........

Interesting thought, but I agree with the others that he prlly doesn't have enough chakra to use it effectively. And although he has Susanoo, the raiton armor would be a better alternative in some cases since overusing eye techs has been dangerous for him. But with EMS, who knows, maybe he can use it forever.

This is going to be my last response. I will type it out in a very large font so that you can understand it.
Raiton armor takes an enormous amount of chakra. It is basically like a full body chidori, that is continuously going. Chakra is being converted into electricity constantly. So obviously it takes an enormous amount of chakra. If you weren't such a fanboy and would use your brain, you would know this. Actually I bet you do know this and are just refusing because your favorite character can't currently compete with Naruto.
So thanks for not using anything resembling logic or common sense in this thread. It has given us all a good laugh, but it is over now.

id like to see sasuke try to use it so he electrictes his bodies nerves followed by him voiding his bowels waking up realising that he wasn't in a genjutsu and walking off the battlefield screaming hes still an avenger
maybe when he had cs2 he had the potential but it's useless for his combat style and it will be very limited in time even with cs2.
