Yeah I came across a thread earlier about Deva path soloing Akatsuki members and I was a little surprised to see some people saying some strange stuff.........but what do u think....can Deva path solo the "solo king"?.......Im gonna say no btw
Nah, I don't think Deva could. If Kakashi can figure out it's time limit then Itachi probably can too. Itachi is smarter and more resourceful than Kakashi, I think he beats Deva with Mid-High diff.
Ummm if we're talking about him full powered then yes nobody can't tank the thing he did to nuke the village
Also remeber Nagato uses 6pop he's weaker cuz he has to spread his chakra mental and focuses to 6 different bodies at one time if he's just controlling deva path
Then yeah I believe he can solo akatsuki members with exception of Tobi, orochimaru
But yes to answer ur question he can solo an alive itachi (repeat alive as in itachi has poor stamina and chakra)

I don't think Pain would fall for Tsukuyomi, But once Susanoo is activated that's where the trouble begins. Im not sure if Susanoo, can withstand Chibaku Tensei. And once Pain gets a chakra rod lodged into Itachi it's game over.

True, but I don't think even a healthy Itachi would win this, unless we are talking about a sick Nagato fighting a healthy Itachi, then yes. Itachi wins this.

First off sakura survived when pain did that to the village. Second he was splitting his chakra up at the end of the fight against naruto. third planetary devastation is the only way nagato wins
Itachi's main strengths are Ms techniques and genjutsu. I believe deva path would be able to counter all of them and overpower Itachi.

with the right timing, since it's a slow burning jutsu so he can blow it away before it does some serious damage. Itachi isn't like Sasuke and doesn't have blaze release so he can't continue to throw amaterasu which would also cause a strain to his eyes. He won’t be able to exploit deva path to exploit the 5 second interval, not that he's knows there's one.

I know Madara's susanoo is just in its skeleton form and has been smashed a few times, but it's still debatable if a full susanoo can be broken. I also don't think Itachi's totsuka sword would work either.

This is what Chiyo talks about in the spoiler and the chakra receivers would do the job. He also argued that Nagato let the paths get caught in genjutsu to catch Jiriya off gaurd and it's still up for debate whether genjutsu would be effective or not with superior eyes because

itachi has never shown any smartness unless one time(agaisnt edo nagato and wasn't that smart anyone will do that except for bee and naruto and may tenten)
