Good point...still, nah, I don't think so. I think it could get through imperfect Susanoo and damage PS, but get through it completely....nah.

I would think that since its comprised of just chakra that it would depend on how close/direct it was and how much the user put into it or had to keep it going

The buddah destroyed magic garb susanoo and PS was never directly hit with a bijuudama. Deidara's C0 is on a completely different scale of attack that completely surpass mountain range (which is tbb level). So of course it'll work.
