Not really. Deidara can see through genjutsu, also he can keep his distance from Mizukage and his bombs can pwn. Deidara would take this.

Not really. Deidara is underrated by many if anything. He is kage level shinobi and he has good abilities agaisnt someone like 2nd Mizukage.
