Not in my opinion; The added movement part of Susano'o while would normally help. It can be debated that the second it comes into range of Nagato, the Preta Path will absorb the nearest parts at a deadly rate.

The only reason why I give it to nagato is mainly due to CT but it's not like sasuke can't break it in it's early stages but due to the lack of knowledge on it he probably won't get the chance to. Be reasonable; The Preta Path's feats in chakra absorption make sure that any ninjutsu will be rendered harmless to Nagato. Susano'o, any chidori variant, Amaterasu. All useless in this battle.

Your acting like the preta path absorption is instant or self activated, it has to be activated upon will from nagato first, Saying he will activate preta path while taking a chidori nagashi and not get paralyzed before he absorbs it is fan fiction at best.

The absoprtion might not be instant, but any ninjutsu or physical chakra is rendered useless when contact is made. We've seen evidence of this all over the manga. Such as with

. The Rasengan met a spherical barrier that refused to let the chakra through.

As for the Chidori Nagashi; If the Preta Path can't be activated in time, Shinra Tensei pretty much rescues Nagato here.
