maybe not, after all, he's not experienced with Rinnegan, he hasn't used anything but Preta path so far, but that Meteor technique, it seems to be an OP version of Bansho Te'nin which is Deva path....

In any case, he doesn't seem to want to show the abilities of the Rinnegan,if he really has them...
