True, but he is taking on 10 S-rank missing-nins by himself with a temporary power up. Like 15 if you count the 6POP as individual S-ranks. The Gedou Mazou is usable too. If Kakashi wins, it's Extremely high diff imo.

1v1 yes. All at once, no, especially if he doesn't have intell. Kakashi plays things way too safe in battle, refusing to go all out until he knows every detail about the enemy. With intel he could win, though with extremely high difficulty.

Kakashi can fly with his PS so most of the akatsuki attacks won't reach him and even if some attacks reached him ,PS will tank it, and even if they could reach and destroy PS by a miracle ,he can phase through the attacks ,so honestly their chances to touch kakashi is zero
There are many ways kakashi has to beat all akatsuki like kamui snipe ,kamui shurukins ,kamui raiki ,PS 's slash ,teleportation ....etc
