Probably it's speed of sound or slower.

Minatos reflexes is fast enough to dodge Raikage's full speed.He teleport else where.
The same thing with Kamui.

Minato's S/T already beat Kamui.

kamui being KG S/T makes no difference what so ever.

Obito's kamui which requires touch.Not the same thing with Kakashi.What I meant is that like other MS techniques that can't be canceled by normal jutsus (Amaterasu f.e you can't stop the flames by a regular jutsu,only dodge etc,etc, the only way to stop it is with the other eye) the same way you can't cancel the effects of kamui.

Naruto already used rasengan in that dimension to break Tobi's mask.No need for manga scan.
So it is provided that not only Obito and Kakashi can interact in that dimension.
Suppose:
a=real world; b=hiraishin dimension; c=kamui dimension;
The logic goes like to teleport to some place Minato has to do a>b>a.
I think the same logic applies a>c>b>a.

FTG is faster than Kakashi's Kamui, as his Kamui is vey fast, but not instant, Minato's FTG is instant. Minato wins.

Yes true.The only reason I believe Kakashi could win is because Minatos knowledge for kamui comes from his fight with Obito and Kakashi's kamui works different.That cold confuse/mislead Minato giving an advantaged to Kakashi.But that's just my opinion.
FTG is a kick ass tech. don't get me wrong,I just believe that to counter a MS dojutsu tech you need another MS dojutsu tech.
But again that just my opinion

Kakashi knows many things about Minato's techniques and his kamui doesn't require contact.He has many jutsu's for long range battle.Minato is better in shorth range battle.So I will say Kakashi can beat him low diff.

Kakashi is capable of beating Minato not because of his Kumui but because of the person he's developed into. i think they're about even
