Incest doesn't hurt the people involved, but in case of a pregnancy the child can be born with mutations (actually the probability is very high if the parents are siblings or say first cousins).

All I can think of is a Ayahuasca retreat in south America xD It helps long-time drug addicts overcome their addiction just like that. It's kinda far fetched to compare normal sexual relationships with inbreeding saying they cause genetic mutations, when it's still far away from the scale that inbreeding causes them, don't you think?
