-Hashirama already obliterated something more durable and much larger than his BSM Avatar. (Perfect Susanoo>Naruto's Avatar given the size, and the fact that Juubito's drop slam obliterated it)
-Hashirama can catch all of Naruto's Bijuu Dama.
-Shinsuusenju was in the explosion of 12 giant BD and it's own Chojo Kebutsu and it came out with it's main body intact, but all it's arms were destroyed.

Naruto's strongest attack is Flash Bijuu Dama. Hashirama's SS's 1000 hands would catch that and shove it right back in Naruto's face. Or it simply plows through using Chojo Kebutsu and creates a mini VoTE explosion but this time Hashirama comes out with most of SS's arms intact and Naruto comes out dead in a body bag.

Its not mcnj. I think it can be activated as long as Kurama is out. There doesn't seem to be a link with RSM for that to happen.

But it seems kurama magically learnt tsm during that time period and became goku

This and that was with taking into consideration of Minato's Yang Kurama as well.

So BSM Naruto stands no chance. He's at a disadvantage against a guy who can use Large Scale Mokuton and tame 100% Kurama and treat him like a mere puppy while being severely weakened as well.

2) [SPECULATIVE] If Kurama gathers Natural energy . Although it has only happened in RSM, can't it happen in Bijju Mode as well. If it can, what will be the outcome ?

Actually Edo Hashirama said the chakra that Naruto and Edo Minato gave to the alliance was comparable to his own chakra volume. I think you're forgetting the fact that Yang Kurama was out or really low on chakra, Naruto (in KM) tried going BM and was kick out out KM because Kurama needed to gather more chakra but Yin Kurama gives Yang Kurama some of his chakra so the amount of chakra that Edo Hashirama compared to his own wouldn't be close to the full reserve of either Yin or Yang Kurama; its most likely less than half with of their chakra reserve since they wouldn't give away too much chakra since they'll need it to fight Juubito. Naruto was never at full power when he went BSM during the war, both time he went BSM he had to borrow chakra from Yin Kurama. Also you have to remember that Jinchuurikis are stronger than wild Bijuus since they can better focus the Bijuu power as the 8 tails told Bee

Since you said War arc Naruto, I'm using Naruto after his fight with Sasuke, before he got full Kurama, this means Naruto can use the other 8 Bijuus abilities which is a powerup he got separately from Hagoromo's yang chakra since he got access to all Bijuu chakra before Hagoromo gave him his power.

So Naruto can still use TBBFRS, lava FRS, Magnet Rasengan, and the Bijuus FRS since he is only adding the Bijuu's chakra to his Rasengan/FRS.

It doesn't matter if Naruto was in RSM, Naruto was given Hagoromo yang chakra not Yin Kurama so gathering natural energy is in Kurama's power. Also he gathers it like how Yang Kurama gather more chakra for himself so for all we know Bijuus gather natural energy and convert it into their own chakra. The Juubi is a mass of natural energy after all and is a mix of all Bijuus. Hashirama never shown the ability to control a Bijuu from within a host, Naruto and Kurama's chakra and mind are linked so I don't see Hashirama ability helping him here.
